The excellent Caproni CA33 bomber was 1st flown at the same time as the S.E.5 and served until the end of the Great War in many Italian Squadriglia. 100 numbered & issued.

Special Signed by Flt Lt G Mellor. Trained as a Navigator in Canada where he flew Ansons and Fairey Battles. Flew Wellingtons No 27 OTU with 103 Sqn 1942. Shot down in Halifax close to Maastricht 5th Oct 1942. Evaded capture and picked up Belgian escape route comete line.

1st Flight Vickers Valiant Signed Harris POW Stalag Luft 3 18th May 2007 BFPS 3000 56th Anniversary of the First Flight of the Vickers Valiant Special Postmark. the First Flight of the Vickers B9/B48 Valiant. Wisley 18th May 1951. Flown cachet on the back Flown in Cessna Skyhawk from Biggin Hill to Wisley & back. Personally Signed by Sqn Ldr Ivor W Harris. DFC A fighter reconnaissance pilot of No2(AC)Sqn engaged in flying Mustang Mk 1s and 11s on low level photographic sorties over France and the low Countries. On 28th May 1944 while returning after photographing a radar site in the Pas de Calis, was hit by anti - aircraft fire and had to bale out from just 500 feet. He was taken prisoner and sent to Stalag Luft 3 in Poland just a few weeks after the Great Escape. Took part in the long March in the winter of 1945 and then spent 3 months in Stalag 3a near Berlin until liberated by the REussian Army. Returned to flying duties in England and spent several years as a flying instructor on many different Jet aircraft. 9th January 2008 60th Anniversary of the First Flight of the Avro 683 Lancaster special postmark. The First Flight of the Avro 683 lancaster Woodford 9th January 1941. Personally Signed Les Munro Dambuster pilot with 617 Sqn. Operation Chastise May 16/17 1943. On the 2nd Wave with Lancaster ED921, 'AJ-W', which sustained heavy flak damage, and with the Wireless and Intercom rendered unserviceable was forced to return back to base. Munro was awarded his DFC whilst serving with 97 Squadron prior to his tour with 617 Squadron. He was awarded the DSO whilst with 617 Squadron. Flight Lieutenant John Leslie Munro born 1919 New Zealand. Awarded DFC 11th June 1943, DSO 28th April 1944. He was a Flight Commander of 617 Squadron under Leonard Cheshire & James Tait with David Shannon and Joe McCarth. Very few Signed.
